Experiencing hypnotherapy first hand changed my life. I became an ex-smoker almost effortlessly and began to understand the power of my sub-conscious mind. It’s been an extraordinary journey learning how to harness this power; a power that lies within each and every one of us.​With a personal interest in helping clients address a range of confidence and anxiety issues; building self-esteem and self-belief, addressing weight management and body confidence issues, conquering exam nerves, overcoming fears and anxieties, plus improving sports performance.​Combining hypnotherapy with NLP techniques and Reiki allows me to bring my wealth of life experience to each session, improving people’s self-perception and self-communication, giving them the tools to take their lives forward.​Knowing that I am helping people exact positive change is hugely motivating and gratifying.
