While reporting directly to the Board of Directors, responsible for the overall day to day operations of the Centre, including facility management, program management and staff management while maintaining strong relationships with outside community members, businesses and sponsors. Prepared yearly grants for operational, capital and program funding essential for the operation of the facility. Completed capital projects, repairs and preventive maintenance as defined by the Lifecycle Study. Lead for community wide events, ensuring the proper execution of all components required for large events. Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruiting staff and volunteers to build a cohesive team. Maintained all social media platforms to ensure awareness and engagement with the membership, the community and surrounding areas.

Responsible for the overall daily operations of the Bearspaw Lifestyle Centre (BLC) reporting directly to the Bearspaw Glendale Community Association (BGCA) Board of Directors. Primary Responsibilities included: Planning, organizing and providing direction in the implementation of day to day administration and operations to foster vibrant community and a healthy rural neighbourhood. Ensuring the ongoing financial health and status of the centre through revenue generating activities, including preparing yearly funding requests to Rocky View County. Supervising the employment and performance of regular and part-time staff, instructors and volunteers. Ensuring a healthy and productive work environment through leadership, teamwork, communication, timely decisions, problem solving, conflict management and support to all staff and volunteers. Providing ongoing communication, promotion and liaison activities with community partners, long term renters and the membership of the facility. Researching and analyzing programs, services and opportunities in response to the needs of the Bearspaw residents. Supporting and implementing Board policies and directions in accordance with BGCA's mandate and bylaws.

Responsible for providing educational, sporting and fitness programs for the residents of the Bearspaw area. Also responsible for planning, budgeting and preparing special events for the community, which includes fundraisers for our exciting new expansion. Manages all Social Media accounts. Assistant Editor of the Bearspaw Beat, the local community newspaper.
