Lead the transformation of processes and systems (Operational & Financial) to ensure operational effectiveness. As a trusted leader within the organization, ensured the business operated in an efficient and fiscally responsible manner while establishing and achieving near-term and long-term plans. Transformed and streamlined the global IT landscape via the implementation of a global IT Roadmap focused on, but not limited to, an end to end Mine Planning to Fleet Management solution, Health & Safety solutions, SAP S/4HANA upgrade and migration, Microsoft O365 Suite implementation and Data Center move & consolidation. Lead the North America Financial Reporting, Planning & Accounting (FP&A) Treasury & Risk Management, Ta, Internal Audit and Information Technology (IT) functions, including the management of outsource providers and auditors. Responsible for establishing governance and monitoring global programs for the abovementioned functions.

Lead Global Team (North America, South America, Africa and Asia Pacific) and Change Management efforts related to Global Process Transformation and SAP ERP System Implementation. Functional scope included processes related to SAP new General Ledger (including Profit Center Accounting and Document Splitting), Controlling, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Project Systems, Treasury and Banking, Consolidation and Management Reporting.

Transformed the Audit Department from a compliance shop to include an operational and business focused value add organization. Achieved significant sustainable benefits by developing a leading best practice Sarbanes-Oxley model and standardizing processes. Partnered in the design and implementation of the following global governance programs: Code of Conduct, Foreign Corrupt Practices and Fraud Prevention.
