Designed, developed, & implemented corporate training & employee communications programs. Consulted with operational training groups to improve training programs, reduce attrition, and measure results. Served six months as the acting Human Resources Director at an out of state acquisition. Break in service with PGi from October 1999 - March 2001.

Responsible for identifying needs, designing/developing, implementing, & maintaining client training programs for up to 300+ employees per project. Clients were Fortune 500 or Fortune 1000 from multiple industries. Services included: technical support, sales (inbound/outbound), customer care, airline support, software support, product launches, etc. Utilized ADDIE & other instructional design methodologies.

Created & implemented training programs associated with Human Resources, ManagementDevelopment, Customer Care, & Total Quality Management Programs in a 14-state region. Training was delivered to broad audience including sr. leadership, managers, customer contact employees, warehouse employees, & a large temporary-seasonal work force.
