Responsible to lead and manage a team of professionals in Southeast Asia, specifically in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that ensure the efficient and effective management of all suppliers within the region. This includes establishing robust supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, managing supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Work closely with other departments to optimize supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

As the Global Supply Chain Manager, I played a pivotal role in establishing and building the initial foundation of the supply chain in Vietnam and the surrounding region. This involved developing and implementing strategies to optimize the sourcing, procurement, and logistics processes, as well as establishing strong relationships with key suppliers and partners. Through effective leadership and collaboration with my team, we were able to successfully grow the number of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) under our purview from 2 to 6 in 2022, positioning the company for further success in the region.
