I have had the opportunity to experience the housing industry for the last nine years in various ways, from development, property management, as a supplier partner and advocate. My career in the housing industry started as an administrative assistant and has now grown to Operations Manager due to my ability to advocate for both my customers and my companies needs.Using my ability to problem solve and advocate I was able to seamlessly pivot from working in the office to at home, while also home schooling my children and obtaining my bachelors degree during the pandemic. My ability to collaborate with suppliers and customers was a reliable resource during the supply chain issues we faced during the pandemic and beyond, cultivating different options for everyone so that our customers received the products they needed when they needed it while also supporting our vendor partners.
