Roles and Responsibilities:1. Assist the project director in the implementation of the project2. Develop project-specific plans/procedures based on project director & client requirements3. Coordinate work in every level of the project - engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, completion and load out4. Ensure the various activities are progressing and that the project works as a whole5. Interface and coordinate with external parties (i.e. client or subcontractors) in the implementation of the work6. Interface with different departments in resolving technical issues on all phases of the project7. Ensure justifications for contractual variations during projects are maintained to support subsequent commercial claims8. Evaluate, organize and prioritize project management work to comply with the project schedule9. Prepare and issue contractual/administrative correspondences10. Supervise and delegate work to project engineers11. Review reports and work prepared by project engineers

I assist the project director in executing the work by providing relevant information he needs to decide the best action that benefits the project. I interface with the client and subcontractors through letters, queries and meetings to better understand the project status and advise the project director, as necessary. To lessen the issues that need to be elevated to higher management, I coordinate with different departments in responding or closing out action items. I prepare plans & procedures based on project specifications and overall goal of the project director in executing the work. I prepare weekly/monthly reports & presentations and write letters & minutes of meeting. I prepare and update organization chart, work orders and other documents required by the project director or client.I review the contract, specifications and procedures to identify and execute the required scope of work and inform contracts department on changes or additional works. I also prepare scope of works for supply of materials/services for the project.
