As the CEO of Mendability, my dream is to bring sensory enrichment to as many people as possible, starting with children who seem to struggle, who don't feel comfortable, who can't sleep, for whom the world is not a peaceful place to live. Sensory enrichment is a novel, evidence-based and clinically proven approach that engages the mechanisms of brain plasticity to boost development. We can target brain functions that need it, but we can also just help the brain generally get stronger and more resilient. I have seen the impact sensory enrichment therapy has had in bringing joy and happiness into the lives of children and their families.With almost 20 years of experience in the field of sensory enrichment, I have successfully raised $4M, and focused on making sensory enrichment as accessible as possible so that everyone can do it. I started my career in Graphic Design, but my mother needed help to manage her private clinic. I have not looked back. It's been great to keep doing what I love, which is to create beautiful things and leave the world better than I found it in my own way. I am grateful I was able to leverage my skills in social media, content marketing, design, and software user interface to create and promote an online platform that offers sensory enrichment to over 4,000 families and 2,000 health professionals in over 60 countries.
