Maintain operating budget of center in order to provide services for clients in a efficient manner while using the resources available as we reduce, reuse, and recycle. Maintain client budgets for yearly services which allow clients to attend the day and community integrated programs where they increase, build and discover skills in order to become a vital part of the communities in which they live and work. Maintain monthly financial reports for billing, outcome measures and transportation usage. Schedule client attendance days for each month and arrange transportation to and from the center for services provided. Participate in the planning and implementation of each clients Individual Service Plan as directed by the Program Manger when requested. Train staff on needed areas of improvement as requested by Program Manager. I maintain the purchasing of supplies and materials for the building and staff. Notify the proper people when maintenance issues arise with the building, making sure these are taken care of in a timely manner. Completing and entering any client information into the ECR modules. Clearing all Prior Authorizations on each client to ensure proper billing of services through Medicaid, Insurance and other payees. Discuss the options of refinancing to lower monthly payments, or refinancing to cash out for repairs, purchase of another large item, car, boat, 2nd home etc. Have customers to sign a preliminary Good Faith Estimate, this give the customer an idea of what the payments and cost on the loan will be, and it is only an estimate. Also at this time you can have customer to complete and sign the mortgage application and sign a release for you to order a credit report. Once you have a credit report, is there are any credit issues this is the time to discuss with your customers and work these out now. If not then you may begin to gather information from customers for mortgage loan application, general information, financial, income from W2 jobs, 1099 jobs, etc. Retirement income, annuities etc. Gather documents for verification on all income, money in reserves from bank accounts, savings, IRA, 401K, stocks, bonds, etc. anything that may need to be used for collateral with the home. Gather credit documents on borrowers if more than one will be a signee on the loan. Once all information is gathered, you will enter information into your approval system which ever it may be, send it to your underwriter for final approval and proceed as directed. Working out any issues that may have presented itself through the approval process. Providing any additional documents that the underwriter may have requested. There will also be an appraisal completed on the home to provide a value of the home or the value of what you plan to build, purchase or addition. whichever the case may be. Once you have the final approval closing documents will be directed to a lawyer of your choice or one may be chosen by the mortgage company and your loan will be closed. Show less
