I have additional experience in Lean Six Sigma, Internal ISO Auditor, Quality, AIB, 5 S, Project Management, Production Light and Material Management.My most recent accomplishments:Successfully built and implemented processes for our Engineered Packaging Solutions and Service team to monitor and track results, make better business decisions, and improve the bottom line.Successfully restructured and managed a new Customer Service Team of 17 across the East and Central Region to create a cohesive Duel Region. We successfully made our first acquisition on our Enterprise Resource Planning platform -SAP. This was all accomplished simultaneously with a 40% growth in the Regions, supply chain restrictions during COVID, and working remotely. While managing Production, I turned a negative GP department into a profitable one and brought it up to ISO and Safety standards by applying Lean Principles.
