About Kim Romo

I have been in and out of the field for the past 13yrs. I am licensed in CA and OR. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Most of my experience has been working with the Latinx population as well as trauma related cases (i.e Domestic violence, immigration, child abuse, human trafficking,). I have also worked with with self-esteem and first generation and cultural issues and dual diagnosis and comorbidity. For the last 6 years I have worked as a clinical supervisor. I work from the developmental model of supervision. I believe in working with my clinicians on challenging biases and bringing cultural perspectives into our work and using the MECA model.
