As a member of the PMO team, responsible for implementing software asset inventory tool in support of contractual software inventory reporting. Responsible for quality management activities to maintain certification and assisted client engagement teams in implementing the processes. Developed and delivered quality project management training in Southeast Asia offices. Worked closely with Asia/Pacific quality parter and worldwide quality partner based in US. Supported delivery and collection of client/customer satisfaction survey data across Southeast Asia offices. Support the Bangkok office in development of client proposals. Provided technology and project management training and mentoring for Bangkok office personnel.

Program manager for the APG ISO 9001 certification. Worked with the MAC-PAC and MAC-PAC/D family of products in the Applications Products Group (APG). Led the MAC-PAC/D DEC team in full software life-cycle activities. Technical project team lead for re-platforming MAC-PAC/D from IBM to DEC. Customer support and training for international and domestic clients in the aerospace and defense industry. Developed and tested JUST-IN-TIME functionality for the MAC-PAC product.
