I currently work as a Receptionist at Quintins Medical centre Hailsham. Up until 2020 I worked at Axa PPP Healthcare as a Team Manager within the Individual Sales Centre since 1999, initially as an Acquisition manager with a team of 10-12 agents dealing with direct and Group Leaver business. From 2016 I managed the Renewals Team who dealt with retaining existing members. Prior to this I worked on the phones as a sales agent. I have previously worked in Advertising and have 36 years experience in Sales. I have a Diploma in Performance Coaching and enjoy coaching and developing people.
