Interview residents; Develop excellent interpersonal communication with veteran residents; create and implement personalized recreational goals for residents; enter data into resident's medical records; meet with an interdisciplinary health team to assess resident's quality of life; provide and interact with residents during special events, numerous recreational activities, 1:1's, sensory stimulation and etc.; Meet and develop professional relationships with family members and members of the volunteer and veteran group communities; maintain records both paper and computer, maintain good working relationship with other LTC disciplines to provide quality services for our honorable veterans.
