Lead the development of the Global Source to Settle Transformation Business case in 2019 through deployment of the people, process and technology changes which began in 2020. Transformational leadership responsibilities included:- Partnerships across Procurement, Finance, IT, Global Process Owners and Business Service Centers as well as key internal stakeholders- Evaluation of technology solutions- Selection of Business Solution Integration partner- Led early planning activities with selected Business Solution partner- Defining and evolving the Global Deployment plan across ~80 countries- Identifying resources and skill set needs as well as identifying appropriate resources to recruit.- Worked with identified global team to develop a Global Template for the deployment.- Worked with Global Team to define process instructions to connect requisitioners to Global Procurement Strategies and processes- Simplification and standardization of Procurement and Source to Pay processes globally.- Worked to develop and transition deployment resources to live market sustainment to maximize value realization and minimize resource costs.The most recent North America deployment was the largest to-date in May 2021, completely virtual due to COVID19, which also introduced new process and system functionality around contingent labor, Statement of Work development and execution as well as the integration of the Direct Materials contracts into the standard contract management functionality.The amazing output of a strong cross functional team that will continue to deploy around the world.

Developed a strategy and led the implementation of a new organization within Shared Services that demonstrates the power of a analytics and the role it plays in fact-based decision making. Recruited candidates from leading universities as well as internally that demonstrated a strong business and analytic acumen. Aligned with regional shared service centers in Ireland, Singapore and North America to establish a local analytics practice within each of the teams to support local projects and requirements aligned with the needs of the business. Engaged in competitive sourcing process to select an external partner with strong performance in analytics to up-skill internal resources and establish quick wins to demonstrate analytics in action. Aligned closely with key stakeholders in the organization to identify business challenges and questions that could be supported through analytics led the development and delivery of solutions. Significant projects integrated into the business include Global Audit Analytics to that look across Travel & Expense and target ‘red flag’ patterns of behavior to enable targeted investigations and eliminate the standard ‘random sample’ of individual reports; and dashboards for Global Procurement to use in targeting suppliers for transition to payment terms of Net 90 and monitor implementation of those terms in support of the corporate Working Capital Improvement Initiative.

Led Global Procure to Pay team in designing and implementing the strategy to align with Schering-Plough Corp. for day 1 integration activities. Included combined sales force enabled on single platform for Travel and Expense processing, harmonized Global Travel & Expense policy deployment, and global process for approval of cross system transactions as well as extensive global communications and change management with no significant disruptions.

Led global team of internal and external resources responsible for establishing, monitoring and updating >200K supplier records as well as developing strategies for cleansing data from external systems for integration into SAP. Developed and implemented strategies to ensure accuracy of data to minimize downstream process errors. Instituted self-audit process controls to identify and resolve any risks associated with key controls and successfully completed both internal and external audits annually with no material findings.

Developed and implemented strategy to restructure US requisition process team from generalists to commodity specific to enable team to develop category expertise and align with Global Procurement channel strategies and act as control point for leveraging preferred suppliers. Delivered structured process to regional shared services team as baseline for establishing services globally

Supplier Database ManagerLed the Global Oracle Supplier Database team and developed processes and strategies to implement a centralized Supplier Master data team within the company to facilitate the standardized controls, streamlined processes and deployment of integrated Oracle and Ariba process flows and interfaces.Project ManagerProject Management execution on the Procurement Mergers and Acquisition team for several initiatives including the integration of TCG, AT&T Wireless and AT&T Broadband into the Source to Settle Process. Results Analyst/Data Warehouse ManagerLead the team to establish a Data Warehouse and ultimately identifying and measuring results tracking against targets including savings and spend information.
