My duties involve Meeting and Greeting all customers/clients. Taking them through the Tom Ford experience. Introducing them to an array of Tom Ford Luxury items. I help them to make the best decisions for their needs. I will track sales, log items, book customer appointments. I work at a quick and efficient pace as is needed to operate in the City due to the clients having limited free time during office hours. I will call customers to follow up to ensure that they are completely happy with the service and products that we provided and to see if I can be of anymore help to them.
