At Millimoon, Shinyoung participated in various projects to increase the brand's sales rate. The work included working on social media posts, art director photoshoots, and designing physical applications for the store in Soho.

At the Parsons design lab, Shinyoung works closely with students to troubleshoot any problems they face with using printers and provides access to design tools, software, and equipment. The types of printers vary from inkjet, laser, Riso, inkjet plotter, and more. Not only helps customers with printing but also assists them from pre to post-booklet production by demonstrating and suggesting creative solutions.

As a graphic design intern at a global marketing company, I created digital contents and advertising posts for companies with multidisciplinary backgrounds.
