I am a passionate teacher, researcher, and servant-leader. I have been a working actor for over 20 years and have been in arts education just as long. For the past decade, my work has opened doors for creative leadership and research in the area of leadership in the arts. Through my work with Theatrical Intimacy Education, I have trained hundreds of students, educators, and administrators worldwide. My research includes the Applied Meisner Acting Technique, boundaries and consent in creative processes, ethical approaches to working with minors in the performing arts, and community practices for optimal experiences in creative spaces. From keynote speaking to faculty mediation, I am excited to bring process-driven organization to individuals and communities.
