I believe mental health is everyone’s business, and it is up to all of us to be vigilant about not only our own mental health and wellbeing but also be mindful of how our family, friends and colleagues are travelling. The sooner we seek support for our mental health and wellbeing, the less likely it is our issues will develop into something more complex.One way of doing this is to know the signs and how to approach someone when you are concerned about them. By attending Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training you can gain the skills and the confidence that you need to have those conversations. I am an accredited instructor who can train individuals or organisation in Mental Health First Aid. The MHFA course is an accredited training recognised all over Australia.
