Led 280-person, multi-location team responsible for technology strategy, planning, solution engineering, and program implementation for global merchandising capabilities.

Created architecture footprint across IT division of over 10,000 resources. Accountable for architecture design, standards, methodology and governance for all IT investments across multiple domains with ~$500 million in annual capital expenditures. Directed team of 300 including a $50 million budget for architectural simplification and lifecycle management activities.

Implemented application architecture and development/deployment for over 250,000 users across 1,700 stores. Led 100-person global development team to increase store productivity through collaborative redesign of in-stocks workflow process, resulting in net labor savings of $50M annually.

Managed distribution center operations, vendor management office and infrastructure project management group. Managed a team of 200 people across 30 locations and $600M expense budget

Responsible for Legal and Finance application development and support teams in Corporate Systems and Claim areas. Supported Deputy Council and legal staff within organization, including 3000 end-users. Directed work of 35 people in multiple locations. Accountable for $15M operating capital budget.
