I was contracted to develop a complete brand identity for a new skincare brand, Hello Glow, which focuses on providing affordable, at-home skincare devices accessible to everyone. The primary objective was to create a brand that would resonate with a broad consumer base, positioning Hello Glow as a trusted, approachable, and innovative skincare solution.In addition to crafting the brand’s visual identity, including logos, color schemes, and overall aesthetic, I was responsible for designing and building an e-commerce website on Shopify to support both B2B and B2C sales. The website had to facilitate seamless interactions and transactions for both individual consumers and wholesale clients, each with distinct browsing and purchasing experiences.To support the operational aspects of Hello Glow, I also set up essential business services, such as Google Workspace for internal communication and organization and Klaviyo for customer relationship management and email marketing automation.

I was brought on as a contracted designer to develop a comprehensive brand identity for Skin Simple, a new skincare brand focused on minimalist, effective skincare solutions. The brand featured five distinct product lines, including sunscreen and specialized post-treatment gels for laser hair removal, catering to both everyday skincare needs and targeted treatment support. In addition to establishing a clear, cohesive brand image, my role included building an ecommerce website on the Shopify platform. The website was designed to serve both B2B and B2C markets, allowing for seamless purchasing by individual consumers as well as bulk orders from business clients, such as spas and dermatology clinics. To ensure streamlined inventory management, the website's stock was integrated with a centralized warehouse, allowing for real-time updates and efficient fulfillment.Alongside branding and website development, I implemented essential business services for Skin Simple. This included setting up Google Workspace for seamless team communication, Klaviyo for automated email marketing flows, and SMS marketing through local wholesalers to boost customer engagement and drive sales. Initially contracted by The Skin Boutique for a short-term role, I was later retained to oversee all aspects of web development, in-house graphic design, social media advertising, and technology management. During my tenure, I introduced and managed their e-commerce store, supporting all digital and e-commerce operations, as well as hardware technology management for a period of four years.I developed a custom PHP CMS solution with Statamic (Laravel) to transition the company's website, theskinboutique.com.au, from Squarespace, providing a more scalable and tailored platform. Later I was tasked with spearheading an e-commerce solution with Shopify that generated a new significant revenue stream. Additionally, I led the transition from their outdated point-of-sale system to Timely POS, performing a comprehensive review and testing of over 50 POS/booking systems to ensure the most effective solution, alongside managing the necessary database conversions.In email marketing, I increased reach through MailChimp campaigns, expanding their audience from 5,000 to 23,000 subscribers and achieving a 25-35% open rate with a 5-9% click-through rate. I also handled Facebook and Instagram advertising, overseeing strategy and execution for these key channels.I designed marketing materials for four clinics, including storefront advertisements, take-home collateral, and internal forms and documentation. I was contracted to lead the software development of a newly established Cosmetic Injectables division at The Skin Boutique, where I built and maintained a comprehensive prescription and consultation management system tailored to meet specialized and legal requirements. This custom solution enabled seamless patient-doctor connections, allowing licensed doctors to consult patients and assign prescriptions directly within the system. Registered nurses could then complete consultations by administering treatments as per doctor instructions.Core functionalities included a secure platform where patients could connect with licensed doctors for remote prescription assignments via video consultations, conducted through Google Meet or FaceTime. Registered nurses then managed treatment delivery based on these consultations. The system also featured interactive charting tools to document procedures in real time, a comprehensive stock management module to track and maintain treatment supplies, and a robust patient records system for secure data storage and accessibility. Additionally, a dual-layer authentication process ensured verified access for both doctors and nurses, enhancing security and compliance throughout patient care interactions.This system provided a fully integrated, end-to-end solution to meet the unique demands of the Cosmetic Injectables division, optimizing both patient experience and clinical workflow. This system was the first of it's kind in Australia within the cosmetic industry.

In my role as a system administrator, I was responsible for the entire network infrastructure connecting our Melbourne and Sydney offices. This included setting up initial server configurations, managing and installing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security protocols and streamline user management, and overseeing all aspects of network infrastructure installation and maintenance. I also handled PHP scripting, developing and refining code to manage dynamic elements like data processing and form handling within web applications.On the graphic design side, I managed photography, digital editing in Photoshop, and video editing, creating polished visuals and multimedia content.In office utilities, I frequently used Excel for data analysis, created document templates for shared use across the domain, and developed Adobe Acrobat forms to streamline workflow.
