I was contracted to develop a complete brand identity for a new skincare brand, Hello Glow, which focuses on providing affordable, at-home skincare devices accessible to everyone. The primary objective was to create a brand that would resonate with a broad consumer base, positioning Hello Glow as a trusted, approachable, and innovative skincare solution.In addition to crafting the brand’s visual identity, including logos, color schemes, and overall aesthetic, I was responsible for designing and building an e-commerce website on Shopify to support both B2B and B2C sales. Additionally, I led the transition from their outdated point-of-sale system to Timely POS, performing a comprehensive review and testing of over 50 POS/booking systems to ensure the most effective solution, alongside managing the necessary database conversions.In email marketing, I increased reach through MailChimp campaigns, expanding their audience from 5,000 to 23,000 subscribers and achieving a 25-35% open rate with a 5-9% click-through rate. I was contracted to lead the software development of a newly established Cosmetic Injectables division at The Skin Boutique, where I built and maintained a comprehensive prescription and consultation management system tailored to meet specialized and legal requirements. This custom solution enabled seamless patient-doctor connections, allowing licensed doctors to consult patients and assign prescriptions directly within the system. Registered nurses could then complete consultations by administering treatments as per doctor instructions.Core functionalities included a secure platform where patients could connect with licensed doctors for remote prescription assignments via video consultations, conducted through Google Meet or FaceTime. Registered nurses then managed treatment delivery based on these consultations. The system also featured interactive charting tools to document procedures in real time, a comprehensive stock management module to track and maintain treatment supplies, and a robust patient records system for secure data storage and accessibility. Additionally, a dual-layer authentication process ensured verified access for both doctors and nurses, enhancing security and compliance throughout patient care interactions.This system provided a fully integrated, end-to-end solution to meet the unique demands of the Cosmetic Injectables division, optimizing both patient experience and clinical workflow. In my role as a system administrator, I was responsible for the entire network infrastructure connecting our Melbourne and Sydney offices. This included setting up initial server configurations, managing and installing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security protocols and streamline user management, and overseeing all aspects of network infrastructure installation and maintenance.
