The Director of Health and Wellness is responsible for supervising the personal care staff, coordinating all personal care services provided to residents by personal care staff, promoting the health and well-being of each resident, and reporting observed changes in resident condition or health to the Executive Director and resident’s responsible party.Director of Health and Wellness performs thorough health assessment on all new residents upon admission to the community and monitors resident assessments and care plans using The Administrator software for staff compliance.Director of Health and Wellness monitors the health status of all current residents through assessments and care conferences scheduled quarterly or more frequently as required. Coordinates and attends resident care conferences and service plan reviews with a focus on assuring service plans are developed to meet the resident needs.Director of Health and Wellness supervises all Assisted Living and Memory Care personnel. This includes hiring, coaching, orientation, scheduling, and training of staff. Provides employee evaluations per company policies and procedures and communicates all employee relations issues to Executive Director.Director of Health and Wellness Works with Executive Director and the Support Center to conduct community audits as required of current operational systems in an effort to maintain compliance with all local, state, federal and licensing rules and regulations associated with the licensure of the building as they pertain to clinical and risk management activities. This includes HIPAA, OSHA, and State Survey issues, etc., that apply to the specific location of the property.

The new marketing team will take the lead in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans, after soliciting the viewpoints and understanding the needs of all Arbinger constituents around the world. The marketing team will then provide specific strategies and tools that will be implemented in the US and available to all international offices wherever possible. These strategies would also include international branding guidelines which will ensure a consistent international look, feel, and message for all Arbinger products, services, and marketing materials. The team will communicate specific plans for accomplishing this in the near future.This team will include several new functions and will incorporate the existing Arbinger Community function.
