-Down load all inspection and procedure file which is related to the style to be inspected one day before inspection for reading and preparing before going for inspection. -Reading IFI (inspection field instruction) and mark down if any special requirement.-Ask factory representative to provide QA file, Packing list and approval sample for style to be.

-Check QA to do list for all styling order, quantities and ship delivery date.-Chasing QA file from FMR to follow up order and at least one month prior to shipment delivery date.- Prepared MRP(QA File) well with updated the date accordingly.- Study outstanding issue in QA file and mark down any special call out. -Work with FMR for pre-production meeting.

-To work with factory merchandiser for style #, order qty, ship cancel date and other customer requirement to verify with bulk during production to make sure shipment is on time.-Keeping arranges QA file properly then study the requirement and any outstanding issue in QA file. -Participate factory pre -production meeting and call out any potential quality.

-To make sure all sharp metal tool using in production area such as fabric ware house, Fabric inspection, testing, store accessory, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing are using according to customer standard and available daily record worker ID for issue out and return in.-Verify in hand balance needle quantities against issue needle quantities and daily.

-Verify Ironing pattern (Make sure correct style /size pattern was drawn on every ironing table.-Conduct bulk measurement check before& after ironing to make sure bulk products were met customer spec after ironing.-Conduct workmanship checking to review on product ironing handling, pressing mark, Appearance of product after ironing and other visual defect.
