-Down load all inspection and procedure file which is related to the style to be inspected one day before inspection for reading and preparing before going for inspection. -Reading IFI (inspection field instruction) and mark down if any special requirement.-Ask factory representative to provide QA file, Packing list and approval sample for style to be inspected.-Compare style#, P.O#, and ship quantities in booking form with packing list provided by factory at the time of inspection.-Review on approval sample for correct style# with booking form at the time of inspection-Use BV AQL card to determine whole sample size and do proportion by style, P.O, color and size.-Use BV standard (square root) or client standard to calculate carton selection and do proportion By P.O and color /assortment.-Double check on IFI (Inspection field instruction ) before conduct inspection .-Go to ware house to count and select carton for inspection. -Arrange carton by style/P.O/Color/size properly.- Conduct onsite verification such as carton dimension &weight, assortment check and Conformity check Between bulk production with approval sample /specification and trim card which is provided by client/vendor or factory at the time of inspection. -Randomly drawn product sample size from all select cartons according to color/size proportion done on packing list to conduct measurement and workmanship check.-Conduct size measurement check before workmanship and visual checking.-Perform workmanship quality check by using clock wide system check.-Arrange all defect Samples properly style/color/size, then record actual finding in report.- Present all defect finding to factory for review with draft report for them and Ask him or her to sign. -Double check on photo shooting quality to avoid missing or error photo before leaving From factory.-Typing and prepare report to send to office.

-To make sure all sharp metal tool using in production area such as fabric ware house, Fabric inspection, testing, store accessory, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing are using according to customer standard and available daily record worker ID for issue out and return in.-Verify in hand balance needle quantities against issue needle quantities and daily record exchange needle quantities to make sure it is equal to total receiving needle quantities at needle exchange area.-To make sure all needle exchange are following needle exchange policy and operators are clearly understand about needle change policy when broken needle happen.-Verify production sewing line for any spare needle keeping by operators and make sure all scissor, trimmer, clipper must be securely tie end.-Perform pull force testing as per customer standard if bulk contains small part such as small bow, snap, button. -Review on daily 9 point calibration test and quantities record.-To make sure bulk are 100% pass thru needle detector machine without failure and corrective action taken is done by operator when any garment unable to go thru needle detector.-Make sure inside metal free zone, inspection room , packing, CTPAD area are free from sharp metal object. -All tag gun, Masking tape dispenser using are available record.
