In this position I edit and proofread university-level textbooks for content, consistency, accuracy, and grammar. I also translate texts between French and English.

In this position I prepare and deliver lessons in French to students from grade 4 to grade 7. I am also in charge of assessment and reporting for those students.

In this position I receive calls from customers in both English and French, solve issues for customers, capture information, and dispatch emergencies.

As a media and marketing assistant at Liebenzell Mission of Canada I do whatever is required to keep the mission running. Some of the tasks I perform are: keeping the Twitter and Facebook pages up to date, maintaining and redesigning the website, day to day maintenance tasks, and organizing the office.

As a customer service associate for Sears Canada, I interacted the most with customers and was the face of the business. I processed transactions and credit payments and applications, helped customers find products, dealt with day-to-day maintenance and record keeping for the service area, and worked in a variety of areas around the store.

Having started as a dishwasher, as part of the service team, I now support a variety of front-of-house and back-of-house positions including busser, runner, dishwasher, and prep cook. My brother and I manage a company where we produce and sell customized t-shirts and other marketing items.

This was a contract position for the Drupa tradeshow in Dusseldorf, Germany. For several weeks before the tradeshow, I studied Prisme Technologies' software solution. I then presented the solution in both English and French to prospective clients, partners and resellers over the course of this fourteen day tradeshow.

As a counsellor at this residential summer camp, I was responsible for the well being of up to six campers per session. I also managed and taught various activities and acted as a lifeguard and waterfront supervisor.
