Insurance and risk management professional with a clinical Occupational Therapy and injury management background. My clinical experience as an OT provides a solid foundation for understanding and mitigating the impact of people risks to our clients.I am passionate about collaborating with our clients to understand the risks to their business and designing tailored solutions which meet their specific needs. From a people risk perspective, this includes undertaking detailed financial analysis, reviewing policy structure, claims and injury management as well as preventative inititiaves such as implementing strategic health and wellbeing programs.I am also experienced in developing and facilitating training and education programs for various client groups to assist with driving positive injury management and RTW outcomes. Specifically, I am able to facilitate and deliver training to client groups in RTW Coordination, claims and injury management, ergonomics and manual handling and psychological risk management.In my current role I manage a diverse portfolio of clients from various industries including mining, construction and manufacturing through to not for profit organisations, aged care and community services.
