As a loyal and resourceful professional I have over 20 years’ experience in the coal mining and exploration industry. Given the challenging conditions and often unpredictable nature of exploration I understand the importance of a cohesive, well organised and happy working environment. I've extensive exploration management experience at many remote greenfields projects and mine locations in NSW, QLD and WA. When managing projects I promote and encourage a strong team focus to professionally and safely meet objectives.In conjunction I have also spent 15 years developing advanced technical skills in acoustic scanner interpretation and sonic log analysis providing essential geotechnical data, including fault and stress regime studies, for mine planning and underground roof support design. My strong affiliation with Seedsman Geotechnics Pty. Ltd. and broad experience in both greenfields projects and operating mines has provided me with a robust foundation for my understanding of geotechnical applications for Australian and international deposits.
