Responsible for employee communications and media relations for Zurich's General Insurance and Global Life businesses in Asia-Pacific.

Responsible for developing the communications strategy for the Global Corporate business division in North America (GCiNA). Responsible to the CEO of GCiNA and matrixed to the Head of Communications for ZNA, the role encompasses all aspects of internal communications strategy development and execution in support of the business strategy and significant change initiative.

Creating and executing a global communications strategy for Global Corporate (GC) business division as well as regional communications priorities in Asia Pacific and Europe. Provide support and advice to stakeholders on communications and employee engagement topics. Responsible for creating and delivering a global communications framework for the GC business division’ underwriting function, supporting the transformation into a truly global function.

Responsible for creating a company wide internal monthly newsletter to engage thousands of employees in 52 countries in company goals and direction. PR support provided in line with business requirements. Created networks across different departments to collect information for inclusion in internal newsletters, communicating relevant information to employees, guests and the media to meet their requirements.
