I have 20+ years experience leading and managing multiple teams, providing psychology and social work services, within a Queensland Health context and more recently in a private practice setting. I have a background in Social Work. My leadership style is characterised by collaboration, working with the skills, talents and strengths of the team, showing passion for and providing direction to the shared vision of the business and implementing consistent and efficient processes.I am a relationships oriented leader.  I assume from the get go that team members work to the best of their ability and with good intentions. This means team members are supported, yet have autonomy to execute their duties and independently manage the timely completion of tasks.
