Hello! I’m an experienced HR professional who specializes in employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, strategic staffing, and organizational development. Currently, I serve our SoCal region working with senior leaders to drive the hiring process across several lines of business. Prior to my current role, I was Director of HR for Turner’s Outdoorsman, where I served for 9 years and reported directly to the CFO. I led a talented HR team in supporting rapid growth – from 13 stores in 2012 with 200 employees to 24 stores today and more than 500 employees. I also have served as an HR professional and leader at Target and Bank of America. My goal as a trusted business partner is to deliver consultative, strategic HR expertise that drives the business forward and supports growth strategies. As a leader, I strive to model diversity, inclusion, and business ethics. Communication is a strong facet of my approach, and always ensuring a clear line of sight with the business strategy.
