Provide system administration for all the software applications used on wed or mobile for operation. The software applications are Facilities Booking System (FBS), Visitor Management System (VMS), Faults Reporting System, Permit to Work (PTW) System and eForms.Prepare statistic reports for senior managements (President, Senior Vice Presidents, Deans/HODs of schools/offices/centres/institutes) to be presented in stakeholders meetings. Analyse the utilization of facilities bookings using Qlik Sense Enterprise.Oversee facility management of campus building by attending to faults (related to builder works/M&E systems) reported by staff and students, managing contractors’ performances, reviewing quotations for parts replacements, accessing proposals submitted by contractors, preparing purchase requests for replacement & maintenance works, assessing the faults reported and rectifying it with better solution.

Involve in project management to digitalise the permit to work (PTW) application process from hardcopy submission to online submission. The implementation of the PTW System has helped to fasten the process for approx.2000 applications. The system is used by external contractors, SMU staff and security officers. Support the office to convert hardcopy forms to eForms for operation needs during Covid period. Involve in dashboards development using QlikSense to support management’s request for data analytics. Involve in project management to develop a software to monitor the human traffic using heatmap. Provide system administration for all the software applications used on wed or mobile for operation. The software applications are Facilities Booking System, Visitor Management System, and Faults Reporting System. Support Smart Facilities Management and SMU digitalization strategy which involve in requirement gathering, market sourcing for better software solutions to preparing tender specifications, conducting tender briefing, evaluating tender submissions by arranging tender interview and PQM scoring, writing justification of awards, conducting kick off meeting to commence the project, carrying out users acceptance test, system launching, post support after system launched (e.g. bugs fixes) and system administration for stakeholders’ requests/enquiries. Prepare statistic reports for senior managements (President, Senior Vice Presidents, Deans/HODs of schools/offices/centres/institutes) to be presented in stakeholders meetings. Involve in project management to install Visitor Management System (VMS) to handle the process of registering visitors to SMU Campus and manage the VMS as the system administrator. Oversee facility management of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Systems such as security system including card readers, CCTVs, lifts & escalators system, fire protection systems; and operation of security officers etc by managing contractors’ performances, reviewing quotations for parts replacements, accessing proposals submitted by contractors, preparing statistics to monitor system performance and improve the systems.Involve in project management to collate users’ requests, provide cost effective solutions in order to meet requirements, coordinate with users and contractors in order to achieve the desired outcome and deliver the project within committed timeline.

Handle customer calls to provide technical support on their Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system if there is any fault or abnormalities in Call Centre and understand the issue in order to provide better services..Provide guidance to customer if they sent in their enquiries via emails or communicators. Dispatch engineer onsite after assess the fault conditions of the UPS system.Update customers database and generate statistic of customers’ feedbacks.

Generate design for the infrastructure of data centres including M & E Systems such as total electrical supply required, capacity of transformers and generators, cooling capacity for Air Conditioning Units, type of Fire Protection system required, network cables management, security coverage etc. Participate in tender biding, attend tender briefing and site survey, prepare tender submission and attend tender interview.Provide customer a better solution by understanding the site constraints and prepare quotations according to customers’ requirements
