KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS• As a member of the Global Fleet Team, I reduced the number of car orders placed by monitoring the number of spare cars not in use. Cost savings for 2016 was $300,000.• Customized and implemented a National safety program in 2015 for all company car drivers to reduce the number of accidents and reduce overall cost of repairs.• Implemented the Driver History Record checks on all drivers, which identified high risk drivers and mitigated the potential for future lawsuits. • Based on results, recommended to the senior human resource stakeholders that drivers may benefit from additional safety training.• Recommend policy changes to clients in areas of cost savings while running fleet programs more efficiently.• Streamlined efficiencies by reducing the number of car models offered to customers based on Band Level. • Developed option packages for specific car models with a focus on safety and keeping within budget, requirements, and identified vehicles requiring replacement due to age or mileage.• Assisted the team with implementing a US Car Allowance program including enrollments.• Successfully completed audit controls, scored 8 out of 10, and was considered best in class in 2015• Managed the transition of company cars and drivers to new company during various divestitures.
