I have spent over 20 years immersed in the fields of learning and development, creative therapy and the performing arts. A graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA), I have worked as a comedic actress in theatre, film, and television for 25 years. I am a Master Practitioner of NLP and Coaching, an Accredited Mind Gym MasterCoach and ‘Improvisation Australia’ Certificate level 4 (Theatre sports) Trainer. I have coached and trained hundreds of executives across a diverse range of industries, with a focus in sales, media, not for profit and financial services. As a coach, I specialise in building personal confidence, professional performance and brand. Working with Leaders and teams to unlock limiting beliefs and blocks and identify unique dynamic strengths and development opportunities. I do this by empowering you to ask higher quality questions and utilise behavioural flexibility techniques and best practice leadership and performance models. As a Facilitator and Trainer, I combine deep content with interactive experience. Utilising neuroscience, acting and improvisation techniques, I am dedicated to providing people and organisations’ with the tools they need to enhance personal and team confidence, communication, innovation and propel culture and performance – all while having a great time!
