- Develop and monitor the graphic design and publication of promotional materials such as digital displays and offline collaterals.- Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, sales collaterals, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, hotel website, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness, PR and partnership programs.- Provides fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of mailers, coupons, website content, and other promotional materials.- Develop product collaterals including F&B, Spa and Wellness.- Manage hotel social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).- Develop social media networks which are related to the hotel markets to drive engagement and grow loyalty for the hotel.- Maintain active contacts with KOLs, press and key media to promote hotel brand awareness.- Lead and execute all hotel visual productions: hero shoots, TVC and other hotel's products and services.- Take care of email database and e-communication activity.- Manage, evaluate and renovate and hotel website.- Responsible for measuring key performance indicators relating to all marketing and PR activities, promotions and campaigns, and producing performance reports.- Organizes and plans the production of all major marketing materials by working closely withprinters, sponsors, and other involved parties.- Assist in planning and budgeting. - Report to Director of Sales and Marketing.
