Making yearly-quarter-monthly strategy plan for sales improvement: define goals, creating program/challenges that related to achieve KPI, monitoring & controlling Area Managers in executing the responsibilities. - Building guideline/work-system for stores to ensure operation running correctly based on company standard in a profitable and efficient way: planning, briefing, delegating, coaching, following up, reviewing any inputs.- Monitoring and controlling daily operations of stores in the region: conducting store visit, doing detail-random check, monitoring store-checklist, direct coaching at floor, listening and reviewing inputs from store team.- Conducting inventory analysis of stores/region to generate maximum potential sales: breakdown best seller-slow moving article of each site and suggest regrouping that will generate potential sales- Control daily/weekly sales performance, operation efficiency and customer experience standards, advise fast action for improvement- Providing guidance for monthly training plan and methodology- Deliver coaching about operation management and leadership- Coordinate with other head of departments for analysing and improving overall product, marketing and visual merchandise strategies- Responsible to new store opening / expansion / bazaar event: doing site visit, assessing and reporting any positive-negative potential possibilities to B&D, planning and controlling the opening preparation process
