Managing the Group Sales Administration Support team for Hoburne Ltd. Our team provides a central support service to our sales teams at park level and ensures compliance of the sales function with governing bodies as well as Group policies. We maintain a program of regular auditing and training at all levels and stages of the sales process. Working directly with higher management to assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures to at all levels.

Providing sales administration support from a Head office level to multiple on-park sales teams. Working with teams and managers at all levels to ensure delivery of a professional service within the sales operation. Ensuring that targeted budgets are met whilst remaining compliant to industry regulations and company policies.

In this role I provide administrative support to the park whilst also helping to drive holiday sales. I also have the additional responsibility of ensuring the on site shop is well, stocked, staffed and compliant in its operation.

Essex

In this role I work closely with all members of the sales team including the Sales Manager to provide administrative support. My daily tasks vary greatly and include basic filing, deal stacking, online advertising, customer meet & greet, aftersales and complaint handling. I also work with other departments onsite to ensure sitting, handover and aftersales deadlines are met. Previously having had little experience of the sales process in the leisure industry this role has helped to expand my knowledge and made me more comfortable in a highly driven sales environment.

Working with Ann Summers in this role helped develop my sales skills and confidence. It required me to be highly organised to fit it around my day job as well as normal family life. During my time as a Party Planner I achieved Top Newcomer and made it into the Top 10 for Sales performance multiple times.
