I am an impassioned healthcare provider and focus my practice on providing relationship-centred care. Since 2014, I’ve worked exclusively delivering services to remote First Nations communities across Vancouver Island, and through this work am grateful to have developed relationships with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and community members who have become cherished mentors. I am humbled by every single individual who has supported me in my development towards a better understanding of cultural safety and humility. I am a creative thinker, and bring a solutions-focused approach to challenges. I am passionate about supporting others in their development, and seek opportunities to light the path for those seeking growth. I strive to maintain an attitude of humility, with a willingness to acknowledge what I do not know. I believe in creating connection, and endeavour to bring love and kindness to every interaction, both in my professional and personal life. I am a lover of the outdoors, and spends my free time on my mountain bike, exploring all of the beauty Vancouver Island has to offer. I am grateful to live, work and play in the traditional, unceded territories of the Coast Salish, Kwakwaka'wakw, and Nuu'Chah'Nulth Peoples.
