Provide management oversight of the processing of the company's multi-state workers' compensation program. Ensure financial control is maintained by oversight of claim reserve and settlement activity. Ensures the company is in compliance with applicable state laws and regulations. Dedicated to SSCRMP (Secondary School Cooperative Risk Management Program), a member owned risk sharing pool of 4 high school districts in Northern Illinois. Worked hands-on closely with clients while managing the workers’ compensation program including investigation through settlement of all workers’ compensation claims.
