Responsible for organizing the travel arrangements of the General Manager/HR Manager. Arranges planning sessions and key events for the team.

Provides support for all local and global processes for all Shell People Countries in terms of various transactions in the system such as Reimbursements, Work Schedule Changes, Allowances for Short-Term International Assignments and International Business Visits.

Provides global support for all Learning Administration Process in Shell Open University for all learning portfolios to create, manage and close learning activities, enroll, manage and cancel participants.
