• Co-edited “The Leadership Clinic Manual: Tools for Transforming Conference Deign.”• Designed new team-based approach to conference design for national environmental Leadership Clinics, attended by 23 state teams, held in Potosi (1997), San Diego (1998), Albuquerque (1999).• Created group processes for action planning, professional development, and networking, including Team Progress Mural, Dance Card, Successes & Conundrums, Heads Together, Affinity Groups.

First statewide Coordinator of newly formed Office of Environmental Education.• Created Model Schools Program, an interdisciplinary, curriculum andinstructional training program for teams of middle school teachers.• Chaired statewide networking and professional development conferencesattended by over 450 environmental educators and organizations.• Designed and promoted environmental education programs through partnerships, grant programs, media contacts.

• Garnered public input into the Laboratory’s policies and programs throughmeetings and workshops with community members and stakeholders.• Organized professional development summer programs for teachers.• Organized statewide Environmental Education Conferences attended by 300participants in Albuquerque (1997) and Santa Fe (1998).
