With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, I am a mission-driven professional who strives to make a positive difference in the lives of people who are most vulnerable in the community. I have extensive expertise in fundraising, program development, and staff supervision, as well as a deep understanding of the Black Catholic community and its needs, challenges, and contributions. As the Director for the Office for Black Catholics at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, I collaborate with local parishes to evangelize and celebrate the rich diversity and heritage of the African American Catholics in the region. I also oversee the operation and growth of the Redeemer Ministry Corps Program, which offers volunteers the opportunity to serve in various ministries and learn from the Sisters of the Redeemer. Through my work, I aim to build a faith community that is truly Black, authentically Catholic, and an integral part of the Universal Church.
