Seasonal position Overseeing day to day operations and scheduling of a Homeless Shelter open during the winter months. Started as a Volunteer and same year asked to become Staff member. The second Season open started as the coordinator, setting safety and health standards. Scheduling 7 employees and organization and best use of up to 40 Volunteers. Entered the 3rd Season in same position. Trained Volunteers and Staff, educated public in the needs of individuals using the service and organized and expanded facility to an accommodation of forty people in need from 24 at original facility.
