ALTR Studio is an independent, all women-run graphic design studio based in San Francisco. We combine strategic thinking, design discipline and creative soul to help our clients tell a story, launch a product, get a message out, and inspire people to act. Our core capability is graphic design with a specialty in identity and motion graphics. We've worked with brands such as MasterClass, PopSockets, Oracle, NetSuite, de Young Museum, The Met, IDEO and MycoWorks.

I maintained the creative workflow and process established by the Art Director while was she was on maternity leave. Art/design directed a team of designers and animators (in house and freelance) in order to produce motion graphics for over 10+ classes. I continue to periodically partner with MC's amazing motion graphics team on projects such as idents for new content and select classes.

www.larsen.comAs design director at Larsen, I oversaw the Charles Schwab, VMware and Applied Materials accounts. My projects included event branding, corporate collateral, art direction, and web design. I also drove user interface and brand guidelines for start-ups such as Promptu and Mia Solé.

General Working Group is Geoff Kaplan is a graphic designer and author. He has exhibited internationally. His work is in the permanent collection of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Museum of Modern Art. He edited, co-authored and designed the book, Power to the People: The Graphic Design of the Radical Press and the Rise of the Counter-Culture, 1964–1974 (University of Chicago), and collaborated on books with, among others; MOCA, Independent Curators International, Asian Civilisations Museum in Singapore, SFMOMA, R H Quaytman, Allen Ruppersberg, Paul Seitsema, FutureFarmers, and David Humphrey.

Post Tool design is an internationally acclaimed design and technology firm based in San Francisco since 1993. Post Tool design has garnered numerous awards and recognition for its work in interaction design. In 2001, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art recognized the firm with an exhibit of their interaction and navigation-based work, honoring it with the First Annual SECA Experimental Design Award.I worked with the principals David Karam and Gigi Olbrecht on various aspects of print and web design.

www.oracle.comI learned the fundamentals of integrating brand and design across different platforms while working as a senior designer for the in-house creative team at Oracle. I designed the look and feel for Oracle’s biggest annual conference, OpenWorld, for two years in a row as well as established innovative design processes specifically for in-house teams.

Move Design was a studio started by Pete Spreenberg and Samual Lising, two IDEO designers. I worked with a small design team for client work such as Incase, SFMOMA, Apple, MTV, and projects such as N-gen (design engine).
