I have over 20 years experience in customer service where I developed a passion for problem solving, relationship building and ensuring customer satisfaction. I’ve gone from bookkeeper consultant and trainer, to Service Desk Advisor, Team Leader and Service Delivery Manager. I’ve worked at remote mine sites, managed local and remote teams, implemented ITIL Service Desk tool sets, created a Service Catalogue and Knowledge Base, setup an overseas Service Desk capability and an IT Asset Management function.I thrive on positive outcomes and love to be involved in the development and implementation of new functions, capabilities and processes which deliver efficiency gains, productivity improvements and happy people.I have recently moved into an Account Management role where I’m excited to be able to utilise my skills and work closely with a well oiled development and project management team to deliver quality results to clients.
