Years later I wanted to encourage others of all different backgrounds and abilities to enjoy and reap the benefits of sport so along with volunteering I took various coaching courses including working in an FA program supporting grassroots sport development. Always wanting to develop my skills further I am now undertaking an advanced Personal Training & Nutrition course.
