Kim has been part of the Simx team since January 2005 in a variety of roles in Sales and Marketing, most recently in the role of Sales Manager. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Auckland University, with a background in a range of Product Management, Business Development and Marketing roles within the Electrical Industry over the last 30 years. This has included leadership of NZ and European Trade brands SmartVent and Vent-Axia developed and sourced in-house with the Simx Technical team and from the parent Group, publicly owned ventilation specialists, Volution PLC. Developments have included control technologies for decentralised and whole home MVHR ventilation systems, as well as supporting building design services for high background noise area compliance and a customer support team. In line with Group ESG strategies Kim has led the development of a return-to-base packaging initiative, sourced locally with environmentally friendly printing processes.Kim is passionate about delivering sustainable healthy homes for NZ families and is promoting locally developed and market leading Group European ventilation technology as a critical vehicle to achieving this outcome.
