Management of a development team and contractors for the Laserform legal digital forms product. - Ensuring that form content is up to date by monitoring Legislative and Government changes. - Drafting and feeding back amendments to the development team and prioritising form updates.- Maintaining website, social media and other content to ensure that customers are aware of changes.- Reviewing customer feedback, triaging raised issues and providing solutions for the same. - Working closely with the product owner during the implementation of a Cloud solution using Agile development techniques. - Providing support for sales, support and wider teams for customer, accounts and legal queries. - Collaborating with wider product management and other stakeholders in the development of wider digital solutions as part of the digital by default movement. - Reporting on general market trends and predicting changes to ensure sufficient resources are available. - Maintaining a high level of commercial awareness of the legal market, changes to legislation & overarching policies such as GDPR and DBD strategies
