Working with Global Supply Chain in Takeda (app 18 billion EUR turnover, 30.000 employees, 70 countries) with responsibility of:1) Supply Chain Strategy and support to VP for Global Supply Chain: Define Supply Chain Strategy, Assure alignment between the various SC functions, Overall development plan for Global Supply Chain, Supply Chain Project Portfolio review and prioritization and alignment to Supply chain strategy. Key role with Supply Chain in the post-merger integration between Nycomed and Takeda2) Global responsibility for Performance Management within Supply Chain and Manufacturing: Define global KPI’s aligned with global Operational Strategy, Process owner of KPI Management to ensure proactive decision making3) Sales and coordination of Contract Manufacturing Business (CMB) Globally: P&L responsible, negotiations and contracts, Product di-vestments, Act as escalation forum, Strategy and marketing for CMB4) Sales of API Globally: P&L responsible, negotiations and contracts, Strategy and marketing

Recommending the company direction and together with top management developing the Corporate and Divisional business model (Target Operating Model). This involves defining how the Group should operate, which sales channel to use and how the Group should be organised.
