Where I taught customer service to non-clinical and clinical personnel within the Nursing home chains of St. Louis. I had planned health fairs with colleagues in the industry for non profit and profit sharing Organization and companies. I had sat on boards to find resources for the Senior Citizens of St.Louis and St.Louis County. I had marketing experience working with Case Managers and social workers to find placement with in short term and long term care to fit the needs of seniors. I had recommended the best non home health care and clinical care for the patients needs that suit them to get back to daily activity of living to their best capabilities and services to live their best life at home.I am compassionate and empathetic person to problem solve to get the job done behind the scenes and the front line of customer services while working with the public and top management of companies to meet their goals.
