Responsible for the establishment and development of the Australian based Elanco global research and development hub. This involved development of a new team and building the long term strategy for the hub to support the global pipeline delivery and initiate assessment of new opportunities for entry the Elanco pipeline. A major focus was increasing the scope and number of collaborative development agreements between Elanco, and also Meat and Livestock Australia for technology development across cattle, small ruminants and companion animals. The Hub achieved 3 x ARC grant acceptances and 2 x MLA Donor company projects being approved and funded during this time.

I created an internal pharmacovigilance process. I formed the technical part of the NZ product development teams which successfully commercialised 2 novel monensin formulations into the NZ Dairy industry
