Build and manage relationships with operating units to fully understand the needs of the client within the biotech industry. Partner with Hiring Managers to assess their current needs. Hold weekly strategy calls with each Hiring Manager to discuss strengths, challenges, and solutions to build a strong pipeline. Create and implement strategic sourcing plans based upon market research. Source candidates, both active and passive, through internet research and resume review. Assess candidate qualifications, through review of resume and phone interview, prior to providing candidates to the manager to ensure they meet qualifications and skills necessary. Drive business commitments such as service level agreements, compliance, diversity and quality.
